I am delighted to share the news with all Holistica clients (past, present and future ☺️) that after personally winning Psychotherapeutic Counsellor of the year in the Greater Manchester Area in 2023 by the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Awards, Holistica has been recognised in the GHP Mental Health Awards 2025 as:

This recognition means so much. Holistica has always been about meeting people where they are—with care that’s flexible, inclusive, and deeply personal. I’ve built the practice around the belief that no two healing journeys are the same, and that real transformation happens when therapy is tailored to you.
One of the things I value most is shared decision-making—working alongside clients to shape the process together. I truly believe that when you feel seen, heard, and in control, that’s when the real change begins.

A huge thank you to all clients who have submitted reviews as client satisfaction formed part of the selection process in addition to the educational background, clinical hours, areas of expertise etc.
I know that there is still stigma surrounding therapy and many clients prefer to keep it private so any and all reviews are massively appreciated whether they are done on Google business, the website or on social media. Or by personal email/ card etc.
